| 1 | 10 3/4 ounce can Franco-American Mushroom Gravy* |
| 1 | pound ground Beef Top Round |
| 1/3 | cup dry bread crumbs |
| 1 | small onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
Mix 1/4 cup gravy, beef, bread crumbs,
onion and egg thoroughly. Shape firmly
into 4 patties.
In skillet over medium-high
heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Brown patties.
pour off fat.
Add remaining gravy. Heat to
a boil. Cover and cook
10 minutes or until done.
*get an extra can of gravy for the mashed potatoes.
