Pesto

package fresh basil, leaves only, about 2/3 cup
1/3  package pine nuts or walnuts
cloves garlic, peeled
1/3  clove olive oil
1/2  clove freshly grated parmesan cheese
tablespoons water

Place basil, nuts and garlic in food processor or blender
and process until finely chopped. With machine running,
pour in the olive oil in a thin stream. Add the cheese, salt
and pepper to taste and process briefly to combine.
thin with 2 tablespoons water. Toss over hot, drained
pasta (about 3/4 lbs).
