| 1 | pound ground skinless turkey breast |
| 1 | teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
| 2 | teaspoons chopped fresh sage leaves |
| 1/2 | teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Combine turkey, rosemary, sage and pepper in bowl.
Form mixture into 8 patties, each 3 inches across
and about 1/4 inch thick. Put patties in nonstick
skillet and cook over high heat for 1 minute. turn
patties over and continue to cook for 1 more minute.
Reduce heat. Continue to cook, turning occasionally,
until patties are golden brown on outside and no longer
pink in center.
