| 1 | package ground turkey, about 1 1/4 lb |
| 1/2 | cup onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup green bell pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup celery, chopped |
| 1 | 16 oz. can tomato sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons white vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon dry mustard |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 4 | hamburger buns |
Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds.
Crumble ground turkey into skillet. Add onion,
bell pepper and celery. Cook and stir until turkey
is lightly browned and vegetable are soft, about
5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, brown
sugar and mustard. Reduce heat to low. Cook 25
to 30 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed,
stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
*Good served with coleslaw!!
