Canine Carrot Cake

cup whole wheat flour
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon soy flour
1/4  cup chopped, unsalted peanuts
egg
1/4  cup vegetable oil
teaspoon vanilla
1/3  cup honey
cup ground or grated carrot

Combine flours, soda and peanuts.

Mix in egg, oil, vanilla, honey and carrots until well combined.
Pour mixture into a cake pan, and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack, cut into wedges and serve.
