Liver & Parsley Kitty Snacks

makes about a dozen or so...
1/2  cup chicken liver, cooked
1 1/4  cups whole wheat flour
teaspoon dried parsley
tablespoon butter or margarine, soft

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place well-cooked livers in a blender with 1/4 cup water.
In a bowl, combine flour, parsley and margarine. Add liver mixture and knead dough.
Roll dough to 1/4" thick and cut with a small cookie cutter (bird shape would be nice for kitty!).
Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
