| 1 | 6 oz. can white tuna packed in water |
| 1/4 | cup cornmeal |
| 1/2 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tablespoon parsley, minced |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain tuna and reserve 1/4 cup of water.
Combine tuna, parsley, and water. Add cornmeal and flour. form a dough,
knead and roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut with a small cookie cutter
(shaped like
a fish would be nice!). Put on a greased cookie sheet
and bake about 20
minutes.
