| 1 | bunch green onions |
| 2 | teaspoons vegetable oil |
| 2 | large garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced |
| 1 | pound medium-size shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 3 | cups fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 8 oz) |
| 1/4 | cup dry white wine |
| 2 | cups hot cooked rice |
Cut onions into 1-inch pieces. Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add oil; rotate wok to coat side. Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute. Add shrimp; stir-fry 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, onions and wine; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and
vegetables are hot.
Serve with rice
