| 1 | 8 oz. package linguine, or spaghetti |
| 2 | tablespoons sesame oil |
| 1/4 | cup peanut butter, or tahini |
| 1/4 | cup soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons white wine vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon minced fresh ginger |
| 3 | drops chili oil |
| 6 to 4 | green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces |
Cook linguine according to package directions; drain well.
Toss linguine with sesame oil, set aside.
Combine peanut butter and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl,
stir well. Add peanut butter mixture to linguine mixture and toss
gently to combine. Add green onions and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
