Spicy Sesame Noodles

6 servings
1 8 oz. package linguine, or spaghetti
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup peanut butter, or tahini
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
3 drops chili oil
6 to 4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces

Cook linguine according to package directions; drain well.
Toss linguine with sesame oil, set aside.

Combine peanut butter and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl,
stir well. Add peanut butter mixture to linguine mixture and toss
gently to combine. Add green onions and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
